The pcmedic’s House Call Services are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all over the country including the islands. We have highly specialised teams, geographically positioned in order to give a quick and resolutive response to every technical issue. These teams have all the tools needed to provide a support with the recognised pcmedic’s quality.
All pcmedic’s interventions comes with the assurance of complete resolution and total satisfaction; otherwise the service shall not have any costs. It is also given in all our House Call Services a 30-day Service Warranty. Any support related with the resolution of the first intervention — even if it is by Phone or in our Laboratories — will be given without any additional costs.
If an unexpected situation hinder our immediate support, it will be possible to take the device to continue the service in our Laboratories, with the option of receiving a substitution computer.
